May improve quality of sleep, control blood sugar level and promote good digestive health
Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water.
For every 500ml of water, use about 2 teaspoons.
Infuse with hot water at ~90°c for about 2 to 4 minutes during the first and second brew.
For subsequent brews, gradually increase steeping time and temperature of water. Depending on personal preference, add rock sugar or other ingredients.
Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate to maintain freshness.
