Hair Replenishing & Kidney Nourishing Herbal Soup

Wolfberry (枸杞子), Codonopsis Pilosula (党参), Black Bean (黑豆), Honey Date (蜜枣), Tuber Fleeceflower Root (何首乌), Eucommia Bark (杜仲), Poria Cocos (茯苓), Chuan Xiong Rhizome (川芎)

1. Rinse ingredients with water before cooking.
2. Add about 500g of meat and 1500ml of water.
3. Bring it to a boil and let the soup simmer under medium heat for 2 hours. Depending on personal preference, add seasonings or other ingredients.
4. Serving size: serves 3 - 4 pax

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate for longer shelf life.
