Chinese Yam (淮山), Poria (茯苓), Red Lotus Seed (开边莲), Euryale Seed (芡实)
Rinse ingredients with water before cooking.
Add about 300g of meat and sufficient water until all ingredients are covered.
Bring it to a boil and let the soup simmer under medium heat for 2 hours. Depending on personal preference, add other ingredients such as dried scallops or red dates to enhance flavour of soup.
Serving size: serves 2 - 3 pax
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate for longer shelf life.
