Alleviates the effects of fever or airborne allergens
Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water.
For every 500ml of water, use about 2 teaspoons.
Infuse with hot water at ~90°c for about 2 to 4 minutes during the first and second brew.
For subsequent brews, gradually increase steeping time and temperature of water. Depending on personal preference, add rock sugar, honey or other ingredients.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate to maintain freshness.
